Keystone Registry

For registered transfer agents

License the software and keep your registration. Take on tokenized issues on any supported chain without building blockchain infrastructure, under your own brand if you want.

Software you license, not a transfer agent you compete with

Keep your registration

You stay the registered transfer agent of record and keep your compliance obligations. We license software; we do not act as your transfer agent.

Take on tokenized issues on any supported chain

One holder record and one restriction engine across XRPL, Ethereum, Base, Solana, and Stellar, without building blockchain infrastructure yourself.

Your brand, your customers

A white-label option for the console and API, so issuers and holders see your name. Your tenant's data stays separate from every other customer's.

Examiner-ready records

Exports tied to an exact block height and hash, and an audit trail examiners can verify themselves. Read-only, time-limited examiner accounts are planned.

How a tokenized issue runs

  1. Onboard the issue

Register each deployment by chain and token address, and the restrictions that apply to it.

  2. Link holders

Holders prove they control their wallets by signing. Unlinked wallets stay visible as exceptions.

  3. Process transfers

Check each transfer, handle legend removals with evidence, and sign the prepared chain transaction in your own custody.

  4. Report and respond

Draft tokenized-issue reports and hand examiners the file at any height. You review, approve, and file.

Ready for the proposal, whichever way it lands

The SEC's transfer agent proposal (SEC, ) would let a blockchain serve as the master securityholder file and add new legend and compliance-program rules. It is proposed, not final. Report formats in Keystone Registry are configuration, so they can follow the final rule.

Talk to us about your next tokenized issue

We walk through testnet tokens end to end with synthetic data: a holder record, a blocked transfer, a prepared freeze, a reserve coverage check, and chain verification.
