Disclosures (draft)
Software, not legal advice. Most rules described on this site are proposed and may change.
Draft for counsel review. This document is a working draft prepared . It has not been reviewed or approved by counsel, is not in effect, and will change before it is published as final. Bracketed items are placeholders.
Software, not legal advice
Keystone Registry is software. It is designed to support your compliance program; it does not replace it. Nothing on keystoneprotocol.io, in the product, or in any report draft it produces is legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.
You remain responsible for your own compliance obligations, for every transaction you sign, and for every report you file or publish. Report drafts are marked draft until you approve them.
Most rules described are proposed and may change
References on this site to SEC transfer agent rules describe amendments the SEC proposed on September 1, 2026 (Release No. 34-106246). They are not final and may change before adoption.
The GENIUS Act was signed on July 18, 2025. Its implementing rules have been proposed by Treasury, FinCEN, OFAC, and the federal banking agencies. The OCC adopted its final rule for the issuers it supervises on October 21, 2026 (effective January 18, 2027); the others are not final. Each regulatory statement on this site carries the date it was last checked and a link to the official source.
When the phrases "built to the SEC's proposed transfer agent framework" or "built for the GENIUS Act's reserve and AML requirements" appear, they describe how the product was designed. They are not a statement that any customer or product meets any rule.
What Keystone is and is not
Keystone Technology Group, Inc. is not a registered transfer agent, broker-dealer, investment adviser, bank, or payment stablecoin issuer in connection with Keystone Registry, and does not hold investor funds or customer private keys. [Counsel: confirm and update if Keystone files Form TA-1.]
Keystone Technology Group's own businesses use Keystone Registry as customers, through the same public API as every other customer, with no special access.
